Greased lightening

Hello Utah, I’m back! And I can’t even tell you all how relieved I am to be done with this quarter. It has been the most stressful and crazy (but fun) quarter. It’s going to be sooo nice to not have any more deadlines and time consuming projects for the next month and half (yep- 6 whole weeks off *heart eyes*) and I’m going to have so much free time to be able to work on some of my own projects and make some fun winter clothes… I’ve only been back one day and I already spent all of my money on fabric from Jo-ann. Speaking of which, I got hired for a seasonal position there, and I started yesterday! I basically live there anyway so it shouldn’t be too hard of a transition hahahaha.

Anyway, for this post I just wanted to show you guys some of the stuff I created this quarter because a lot of people have been messaging me asking to see my sketches and see more pictures and process stuff from things that I have been made. So I thought this would be a good place to showcase my work from the quarter. Continue reading

Tobi or not to be

Happy Sunday, goobers! Life has been pretty good lately, I’ve been really loving my classes and having so much fun with my friends (and making lots of new ones!) and best of all, it’s finally, FINALLY cooling down a little bit here in Georgia. Continue reading

Bri in Burano

Hello hello! I’ve been a little MIA on the blog lately, but I’ve been up to a lot so I thought I would share! So far I’ve had the opportunity to go to some super cool places during the past few weeks in Europe, Β and I’ve been taking a lot of fun pictures to share πŸ™‚ these photos are from the day I spent in Burano! Burano is the most picturesque island off of Venice, and I fell in LOVE with it. It’s a tiny beautiful little town full of fisherman and lace makers, and every single house is painted a different color and it was the cutest place I’ve ever been. You can walk the whole island in about 15 minutes, and yet somehow we managed to spend 3 hours there and miss the boat back. So I did what I always do in these sorts of situations. Continue reading

Boom Pitti Bloom

Ciao my friends! I’m still here in Florence, and I’m absolutely loving it! Fantastic shopping, gorgeous men, and incredible Italian food (although I would give my first born child for a Diet Coke and a burger right about now)- but seriously what’s not to love?! The fashion scene is especially incredible and it’s been so fun checking out everyone’s street style and taking blog pictures. This weekend was even more fun because it was the semi-annual Pitti Uomo Fashion Show! The Pitti Uomo is a menswear trade show with so many amazing events, fashion shows, and beautiful men of course *drool*. I never wanted to leave. Continue reading

Daily outfits- Florence!

Ciao from Florence!! If you didn’t know, I’m spending a month in this beautiful city to study art and fashion! It’s only been 3 days, but I am absolutely loving my experience. Basically I wake up, tour cool architecture for art history, go learn about fashion, go eat at a delicious Italian restaurant, go shopping, get gelato, go to sleep, wake up, repeat. So, it’s pretty safe to say that I’m going to love this summer. I’m learning a lot of Italian, meeting a lot of cool people, and figuring out some nifty things about Italy (especially the best restaurants and gelaterias) but everybody knows that Italy is home to some of the world’s best fashion, and it definitely has not disappointed. I was completely baffled by the amount of high end stores I passed on a single block. Prada, Chanel, Gucci, Hermes, Dolce, Celine, you name it. So shopping here is SUPER FUN, although not very productive because I can’t afford a single thing in any of those stores. But window shopping is (almost) just as fun. But speaking of fashion, I decided I want to blog about most, if not all, of my outfits in Florence.Β  Continue reading

Georgia Dream

Heyo!! Welcome back to the blog for your daily dose of random rants, food talk, and fashion inspo. Today’s look is from a couple of days ago, and features these gorgeous embroidered pants from Anthropologie (where else?!) I can’t believe that this is one of the last blog posts that I will posting as a freshman in college, this year has gone by so so fast!! But at the same time it’s kind of dragging on, and I’m really ready to be done. But I also don’t want to leave. Mixed feelings. BUt yoU GUYS I leave for Florence in 21 days!!! I’m beyond excited, I can’t wait to spend a month studying fashion and art in Europe with my bestie. I literally can’t wait. We’re also making plans to go to Austria and possibly Switzerland while we’re over there, so get pumped for those blog posts because they’re going to be rad. Super rad. Honestly there’s Continue reading

Tomorrow Land

Happy Sunday, friends! It’s been a crazy week, so I haven’t had time to post, but this coming week is FINALS (already?!) which will be even busier, so I’m allowing myself a quick 30 min break from studying to post this fun outfit from yesterday! Honestly one of my favorite things to do in Savannah is just walk around the city and discover fun things, whether it’s cute little cafes I’ve never seen, scenic parks, or just fun places to take pictures, I love wasting time wandering the city. Yesterday we took a quick…err 4 hour… study break to get cupcakes at one of our favorite little cupcake shops, and do a little shopping, so we decided to take some fun blog pics along the way.
