Beach Daze

Howdy from Georgia y’all!!! I’m back and better than ever in my favorite place. 2018 was the CrAzIeSt but the BEST year ever. I was all over the place last year, which was so much fun, but I”m glad to be back in my favorite city to finish out Junior year. I flew in last week at like 5:00am on Friday, and the next day me and Vic went to the beach because I missed Tybee so much!! I hadn’t been since may of last year, and I was dying to go, even though it wasn’t warm enough to swim. So we drove out there and spent a couple hours just hanging out on the beach and we went to our favorite pizza place ever (huc-a-poos!!!!) and we decided to wait on the beach for the sunset, and we were sooo not disappointed. Pros of Provence

Bonjour mon amis!! Beinvenue back to the blog, today’s post is less about fashion and more about my experience abroad this Summer!! As you already know, I was living in a lovely little village called Lacoste in the South of France for the past two months, which in case you forgot, looks like this: Continue reading

November in New York

Hey friends!! Welcome back to Style Me Bri, I feel like I haven’t posted in ages, but I’ve just been living my best life here in New York! I’m seriously having a blast out here, and it absolutely breaks my heart to think about leaving this place next week. I want to stay forever. These last few months have been some of the best of my life! My internship has been going so well, I’ve made some great friends there and have learned so many skills and had so many amazing experiences. I truly can’t believe it’s almost over! It’s gone by crazy fast… probably because I’ve packed so much excitement into just 10 weeks. So far I’ve seen nine different Broadway shows, been to Jimmy Fallon, seen/met some cool celebrities, eaten at a gazillion different restaurants, been to a concert at Madison Square Garden, made so many new friends, almost been hit by dozens of taxis, and made so many memories that I’ll never forget. I’m sorry that this blog post is getting so cheesy, but seriously I just love this city and all of my NYC friends so so so much. Continue reading

Welcome to New York

Hello again from America!! It’s so nice to be back in the states, as much fun as my summer abroad was, I sure am grateful for air conditioning and unlimited access to taco bell and diet coke 🙂 But, instead of writing from Georgia or Utah as per usual, I’m in New York! I’ve been here for about a month now, and I’ll be here for about six more weeks. I got an internship for the fall semester so I moved out here right after going back to Utah from France. My turnaround time was literally seven days, so that was super crazy stressful, but also really fun. I got this internship SO last minute so it was really hard to find a place to live and get plane tickets and get everything figured out, but I knew I couldn’t give up the opportunity, so here I am, coming at you live from my 200 sq ft studio apartment in Manhattan. An American in Paris

Rebonjour! Welcome back to the blog, it’s my two year blogiversary today, so happy 2nd birthday to Style Me Bri! Thanks for coming along for the ride with me. Today I’m showing you a few of my favorite pics from Paris! I had the most amazing time in the city of Light last week, and it still holds the spot in my heart as my number one favorite city in the world. I can’t get enough of it! When I was 13 and my Dad surprised our family with a trip to Paris, it was the best week of my life, it was literally everything I’d hoped it would be, and even more magical! I cried on the plane ride home because I didn’t know if I would ever be back, and I loved it too much to never go back. But here I am seven years later!! I made it!! And it was just as beautiful as I remember, and even more magical, if that’s even possible. Continue reading

Life in Lacoste

Bonjour, mes amis!! Just logging on to do a quick update of my life here in France! I will for sure take more pictures of the village soon, and maybe do a little vlog or something cheesy like that, just because I want to show y’all how crazy beautiful and amazing it is!! It is so unbelievable here. I am staying in a little village in the south of France called Lacoste, it’s an old medieval village that literally looks straight out of a fairy tale. Even our library is an old bakery that still has giant brick ovens that we use as sitting areas, it’s so cool! Everything here is so historic and has such a cool look to it. My little apartment is at the top of the village and we have the most incredible view out our window and from our terrace. Continue reading

60’s Style

Hello friends! 👋🏼 I just figured out that you CAN use emojis on WordPress, so I’m expecting my blog viewer stats to plummet at any second💀😸🙌🏻👀

I’m currently on my way home from Canada where we left from to go on our Alaskan cruise! It was so fun but really cold so I can’t wait to get back to summer weather in just a short 15 more hours of driving! Yay! So basically, I have a lot of time on my hands right now so you should maybe reconsider what you’re getting yourself into by reading this 😜 this post is all about my final project for my Apparel one class that I finished out sophomore year with!
